BIMENZIÓ Building Services Engineering Office is a modern, independent engineering practice working in building services design, energy performance and engineering consultancy.
The company was founded in 2024, yet it builds on more than 15 years of design experience. In that time we have gained experience across projects of very different scale and complexity: from family homes through larger residential buildings and public institutions to industrial facilities.
Our design work is complemented by site supervision experience, so from the earliest design stages we pay close attention to whether the systems can actually be built, operated and run economically.
We do not want to apply off-the-shelf solutions. In every project we look for the sensible and creative technical answer that best fits the given building and the client's requirements.
Wherever possible, our work does not end when the design documentation is handed over. On request we follow the project through construction and provide professional support with the commissioning, balancing and fine-tuning of the completed systems. We do not just design it. We help make it work.
